Whether you’re obsessed with the spirit or simply enjoy the occasional G & T the Gin School experience is a fun-filled way to spend some time on the Isle of Skye.
Get hands-on and learn the traditional art of distilling under expert tuition and take home a 70cl bottle of your very own Scottish gin!
WHAT TO EXPECT
From our fully stocked shop in Portree on the Isle of Skye, you’ll get the opportunity to hear first-hand about the history of the distillery and the Isle of Skye Distillers gins; how we make them, and the origins behind our Misty Isle Spirits.
There will of course be an opportunity to taste our tasty gins as no story would be complete without a wee dram. You will then go on a journey to create and distil a unique gin of your very own.
Our Master Distiller Alistair will guide you through every step of the process, from personally selecting your botanicals and running your own individual miniature copper pot still to bottling and labelling it.
This unique experience is perfect for passionate gin lovers and casual tipplers alike looking to learn more about gin, make new friends and have a good craic. A highly original gift idea for anyone of the legal drinking age.
