TOMMYS GIN
We created a 45% volume gin in memory of our late father, Tommy Wilson, which we launched in October 2017. Tommy served in the Suez invasion and passed away in late August 2016. ‘Tommy’ is also a generic name and term of endearment for a soldier.
For every bottle of Tommys gin sold, a donation will be made to local Military Charities, Military charities are close to Thomas’ heart and he takes great pride in creating this unique gin.
We take our imagery and artwork from inspiration from the Commando memorial, near Spean Bridge which we pass every week as we deliver our gin to the mainland.

This award-winning, small-batch craft Gin uses ingredients found locally. Tommy’s is made from poppy seeds and, as far as we know, it’s the only gin to use this botanical.
We also uses juniper berries which are hand-foraged on the Isle of Skye. The taste reveals the sweetness of Poppy with a small hint of liquorice. Then we add the tartness of Blaeberries through the middle. We finish with a hint of sweet orange to leave a balanced citrus after taste.
At the Isle of Skye Distillers, we recommend you serve Tommy’s with lots of ice, a premium tonic, a twist of lemon and a handful of blueberries.
