Our business and distillery in Portree is expanding and we require a Production Assistant.

Full Time. Portree based.

Established in 2016, our distillery makes the award winning Misty Isle gins and vodka. As we start whisky production this summer, we require a Production Assistant to work alongside our Head Distiller.

• Production assistant, main duties will be bottling, labelling, packaging as well as assisting with other distillery duties.

• One full day in our retail shop in Portree.

• Hourly pay above national minimum with working hours of 9 to 5, Monday to Friday.

This position is maternity cover but this may change as the business expands.

An interest in craft distilling is preferred, however full training will be given.
