OUR WHISKY
We have been established since 2016 and we have ambitions of growing the business to the next level by investing and building a new whisky distillery in Portree. We will be only the 3rd whisky stills on the Isle of Skye. Our whisky will be made from the fresh waters of the Storr Lochs, our foundations are in, initial equipment is on order and we start production in early 2025. We are planning production of approx 112,000 bottles per year. Our whisky will be branded EILEAN A’ CHEÒ, which translates in Gaelic to ‘The Island of Mist’ Our whisky will be ready in 3 year’s time from first distillation, and we are inviting you to support us by becoming an Isle of Skye Distillers Founder Member.

EILEAN A' CHEÒ FOUNDERS CLUB MEMBERSHIP
As a member of The Founders Club, you’ll be involved from the very start of our whisky production. Enjoy exclusive access to a Founders Club inaugural release from single, highly exclusive casks that will be only available to club members. Your membership supports our growth and enables us to further expand our distillery, invest in stills, and increase our production capacity. It also helps us invest into the local community.
