Misty Isle Classically Aromatic Gin

Provenance is everything to us at Isle of Skye Distillers, especially the abiding sense of belonging and community.  Inspired by Skye, we have crafted Misty Isle Gin to embody its place of origin.  Married with crystal-clear waters and the right balance of the finest botanicals, foraged from the beautiful Isle of Skye. Misty Isle Gin truly captures the ‘Spirit of Skye’.

41.5% ABV

Our Juniper and other botanicals are slowly distilled in copper pot stills and vapour infused with carefully selected botanicals – coriander, angelica, orris, grains of paradise and lemon to name a few.  One botanical is kept under wraps and only found at altitude on the Isle of Skye.

Enjoy notes of citrus and floral juniper with an undertone of spice.  We recommend enjoying Misty Isle with a premium Scottish tonic and garnished with a twist of fresh orange peel. This will help to enhance the citrus taste.

Our new bottle captures our iconic island, culture and heritage. The swirls for the Fairy Pools, the copper coin in the cork for our beautiful copper stills that produce our amazing liquids, the Gaelic inscriptions for our language, name and location, the shape of our majestic island of Skye on the base and the contour lines on the labels for our iconic mountains. The glass has everything captured to show the world our iconic island and home.
