Exclusively bottled for Isle of Skye Distillers and bottled at cask strength. Part of a rare and limited Signature Reserve series from our fellow island distillery at Torabhaig.

Finished in a RUM cask, this release takes the Torabhaig signature Smoke with Taste house style in a brighter, spice-led direction – elegant, refined, and full of character.

On the nose, cinnamon, sweet syrup and vanilla mingle with hints of coastal air and aged wood. The palate is light and expressive, bringing citrus zest, clove and gentle smoke, before a bright finish of peppery spice and lingering peat.

This is ‘Smoke with Taste’.

Each bottle in this signature reserve series is drawn from one cask, hand chosen and carefully selected by Isle of Skye Distillers and is exclusive to us and not available to purchase anywhere else.

Only 281 bottles have been produced, and each bottle is numbered on the front label.
