We’re excited at the distillery as building is now well underway to extend our existing site and to start making our own whisky. If you’re travelling into Portree, you will see our building starting to take shape!

The steel frame work has now been fully erected and our water pumping station at the front of the building is nearing completion after bore holing 89 meters down to the water table! We installed a time lapse camera so we can show you in real time our build progress and we will put that up online shortly. 

Once completed this will see an investment of over £500,000 building and equipment kit out, all completed with an in-house bottling facility. Copper stills will arrive on site early next year, with full production commencing by mid summer 2026.
