Happy ‘World Cocktail Day’! 🍸🍹 For a special tre Happy ‘World Cocktail Day’! 🍸🍹 For a special treat, why not make the Isle of Skye Distillers signature cocktail? The Shepherd’s Delight! It was specially created and crafted by Thomas and Alistair Wilson our distillery founders a few years ago to celebrate the dramatic landscape and culture on the Isle of Skye. To make a Shepherd’s Delight: • 50ml Misty Isle Classically Aromatic Gin. • 25ml Misty Isle Honeyberry & Elderflower Liqueur. • Light Lemonade. Method: • Add gin, Honeyberry & Elderflower Liqueur to your shaker. • Add ice, shake well. • Pour mix into glass filled add further crushed ice. • Add lemonade to your desired taste. • Garnish with fresh strawberries or raspberries.
